Job Description:
A company is looking for a Jr. Customer Success Manager to drive
client adoption and satisfaction of their AI-driven platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients,
ensuring their success with the platform
Conduct regular check-ins to understand client goals and provide
strategic guidance
Develop and execute customer success plans to enhance adoption and
engagement
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer success or account management role,
preferably in B2B SaaS
Strong analytical skills to address complex customer pain
points
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related
field
Proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights from
customer data
U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background
