Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Plan Manager-Retirement to
manage corporate bundled plans and enhance client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for specific sponsored plans, handling
complex and sensitive cases
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure plan alignment and
contribute to product development
Identify plan retention opportunities and support training for new
employees
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Customer service experience, particularly with sensitive and key
clients
SPARK/ARPS Certification preferred or to be completed upon hire
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
preferred
