Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales to lead a
nationwide Account Executive team and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to
achieve revenue growth targets
Provide leadership and coaching to Sales Managers and Account
Executives to foster a high-performance culture
Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to maximize customer
retention and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in progressive sales leadership roles with
a focus on managing large sales teams
Proven success in developing and implementing effective sales
strategies that improve revenue growth
Deep understanding of full-cycle sales processes and CRM
systems
Exceptional leadership and talent development skills
Strong business acumen and financial literacy
