A company is looking for a Sr Analyst I IT Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support in infrastructure services,
addressing complex issues
Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and monitor
system performance
Collaborate with the team to enhance infrastructure efficiency and
document technical processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in
a similar role
Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
Continuous learner with up-to-date industry knowledge and
technology
Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA or AWS Certified
Solutions Architect, are a plus
