Job Description:
A company is looking for a Card Operations Analyst to ensure the
efficient, compliant, and secure operation of the bank's card
products.
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage monthly card network invoices for accuracy and
timely reconciliation
Prepare and submit quarterly reporting deliverables on card
networks
Monitor daily card program metrics to identify trends and
opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years in card operations, payments, or a related
fintech/banking environment
Working knowledge of card industry best practices, including EMV
standards
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple
time-sensitive projects
Client-first mentality with strong judgment and analytical
skills
Willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced startup
environment
