Job Description:
A company is looking for a Statistical R&D Analyst Senior to
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy predictive models to enhance underwriting
strategies
Design, develop, and implement Generalized Linear Models (GLM)
Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights for
underwriting decisions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED with six years of relevant experience in
statistical modeling, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of
experience, or a Master's degree with three years of experience, or
a PhD in a quantitative field
Experience in product, pricing, or actuarial roles in property &
casualty insurance
Proven experience with Generalized Linear Models (GLM)
Familiarity with predictive modeling using R, Python, or SAS
Experience with SQL and data retrieval from various sources
