Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Workday HCM Functional
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into
comprehensive system solutions
Design, build, and test configurations and reports to align the
system with business needs
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements to
enhance data quality and integrity
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday with relevant
certifications
Strong background in Workday HCM Integrations and Reporting
Hands-on experience with XSLT/XML document transformations and
validations
Knowledge of IT file delivery methodologies such as SFTP and
API
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
