A company is looking for a ServiceNow Functional
Analyst-HRSD.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement HRSD processes for a global enterprise
Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for IT
support and operations
Facilitate process change and communicate updates to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading ServiceNow deployments
ServiceNow Certifications in Administration and Implementation
Experience with enterprise-level process alignment
Strong facilitation skills and ability to build relationships in a
commercial setting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training
