Senior Agile Business Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, develop, document, and validate business requirements
Engage with cross-functional teams to clarify and prioritize requirements for improvements
Promote agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
Experience in Scientific, Technical, and Medical (STM) academic publishing is highly desired
Certification in agile methods or experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
Significant SAFe / Agile experience or equivalent relevant experience and/or education/training
