A company is looking for a Member Care Agent, Spanish Bilingual
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep knowledge of products, customers, medical
conditions, insurance market, and billing
Serve as the first line of contact for customer questions and
issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and advocate
for customer needs
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in customer support roles within a healthcare
company
Fluency in Spanish
Passion for consumer healthcare and helping individuals manage
chronic conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
effectively
Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills
