Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Provider Compliance
Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for service provider-related
operational issues across assigned regions or trades
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service providers and
conduct routine audits to verify delivery against service
expectations
Maintain strong working relationships with assigned service
providers and conduct structured performance check-ins
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a
related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in service provider management, facilities
operations, or service delivery oversight
Demonstrated ability to use data and field insight to drive service
performance and accountability
Familiarity with enterprise systems used in service operations
(e.g., CMMS, ERP, workflow platforms)
