Job Description:
A company is looking for a Premium Assist Specialist in the
healthcare sector, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts eligibility screenings and provides detailed information
about services through inbound and outbound calls
Collaborates with government offices to assist members with
applications and recertifications for Medicaid programs
Interviews patients to gather personal information and ensures data
accuracy for program eligibility
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English); fully fluent in reading,
writing, and speaking
1+ years of experience in a call center environment, including
inbound and outbound calls
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid programs and eligibility
screening is a strong plus
Ability to work independently in a private and quiet
environment
