Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join
their Specialty Pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer new referral intake and refill calls professionally and in a
timely manner
Update patient information in the computer system and maintain
accurate patient records
Assist in co-pay collections and schedule deliveries for patient
refills
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred, but not required
Previous pharmacy experience and patient-based service
experience
Strong customer service background
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn
new software systems
