Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and electronic posting functions for all patient
accounts, ensuring cash balancing and reconciliation of bank
deposits
Maintain knowledge of insurance rejection/denial processing and
post relevant information for collection and follow-up
Reconcile bank and special accounts, including research, payment
transfers, and refunds
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of related experience, with a focus on payment posting
preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Tenet
systems is a plus
Experience with data entry and 10-key by touch
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
