Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Workflow
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, track, and assign incidents and requests to appropriate
support teams
Provide personalized support to C Level Executives and ensure
timely updates on ticket status
Document actions and procedures in the ticketing system and manage
escalations for critical issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an enterprise corporate support
setting
At least 3 years of experience with Apple configuration and
support, as well as Android environments
Experience with Active Directory, MS Office, and both Windows and
Mac environments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be on call and able to work in a fast-paced, technical
environment
