Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Testing Lead to drive
execution of its enterprise-wide monitoring and testing plan.
Key Responsibilities
Execute risk-based regulatory compliance testing and evaluate
control design and effectiveness
Develop, implement, and own compliance risk monitoring
dashboards
Review policies, procedures, training materials, and various
processes against regulatory requirements and industry best
practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in
consumer lending
Experience conducting compliance monitoring and testing, including
preparing testing scripts and workbooks
Demonstrable expertise in consumer protection regulations such as
ECOA, TILA, FCRA, and others
Aptitude and interest for leveraging new technologies and quickly
adapting to new tools and systems
Bachelor's degree required
