Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing and Contracts
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the sourcing and contracting of products, equipment, and
services, collaborating with end-users and managing compliance
Prepare and execute the procurement lifecycle, ensuring timely
management of sourcing timelines and contract documents
Review contracts for terms and compliance, and interact with legal
on contract language in accordance with company policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in science, healthcare, or business-related
field
4 years of experience in contract administration, purchasing, and
sourcing
Strong knowledge in reviewing legal contracts, terms, and
conditions
Certified Texas Contracts Manager (CTCM) and Certified Texas
Contract Developer (CTCD) within 1.5 years
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and
Word
