Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Visit Specialist to assist
members and practitioners with technology for virtual visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls for virtual visit technology setup and
troubleshooting
Answer inbound calls from members and practitioners regarding
technology issues
Interact with members over video calls to ensure successful
connection and support
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of telephonic or in-person customer service experience
Knowledge of smart device setup and troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word and
Excel
