Job Description:
A company is looking for a PV Officer, Team Lead/Case Processing
Manager (Pharmacovigilance).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for assigned
projects
Oversee task distribution and workflow processes for the team
Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to enhance ICSR team
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other
healthcare-related qualification
Strong previous experience in pharmacovigilance, ideally in a CRO
environment
Previous experience in a line management position
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Experience in managing ICSR deviations and supporting project
teams
