Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality custom thumbnail designs with minimal
direction
Create eye-catching thumbnails on various topics
Track and report on A/B tested thumbnails
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of thumbnail design or digital design
experience
High level of Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge
Strong understanding of YouTube trends and best practices
Experience using AI to create custom images
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
