Job Description:
A travel company has an open position for a Remote Travel
Experience Counselor II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Create and accurately complete complex travel requests for
travelers using the UATP card program
Understand the UATP Process, with multiple airlines, and any rules
governing the use of the cards
Resolve moderately complex problems with ticket exchanges and
complex fares
Qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma
5+ years of experience working in a customer service
environment
3+ years as a travel counselor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Great active listening and information gathering skills
