Administrator with ambition and a passion to grow into higher
levels of technical support in I.T. A typical day in the life of a
Helpdesk Administrator with Global IT (TM) could look like
connecting with Client users to resolve basic desktop issues
ranging from email and printers to software and hardware. Our
Technical Administrators are supercharged and trained to handle
desktop support and some Level 1 issues. This role requires the
ability to research thoroughly and troubleshoot issues properly
before escalating to a senior technician. In this role, you may
also find yourself dispatched to work on-site at client locations
(traveling by company vehicle) and partner with Senior Technicians
and Engineers to complete tasks and address emergency/urgent
