Provide administrative support to the Interment Service group, assuring a high level of safety, quality, accuracy, and productivity in accordance with Company policy and state and federal regulations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. * Responds to customer service interment or grave maintenance issues, researches issues, resolves routine issues, reviews non-routine issues with management, initiates resolution, and statuses customer family member of resolution and timing. Verifies resolution was implemented prior to deadline. Tracks issues, resolutions, and turn-a-round time; develops scorecard type metrics; may make process improvement recommendations to management, updates management on trends; alerts management to high risk issues. * Pro-actively review interment permit statuses, verify restrictions are cleared prior to interment, and update HMIS * Pro-actively contact Marker Vendor to confirm delivery date, receive and validate Marker delivery and verify accuracy, schedule installation, and continually update HMIS * As needed, provides back-up and relief dispatching * Daily, take attendance and enter time-off and over-time in Time Reporting System. Ensure overtime is pre-approved by management. Weekly, run and download to excel, attendance balance and time-off reports; notify management when reports are available for review. * Take appropriate action to remain current with and to ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, and laws and regulations pertain to the cemetery operation's group and our grounds and facilities. Document current and future state policies and processes that result in improved safety, customer service and/or productivity. * Additional cemetery administrative support responsibilities as requested. Minimum Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent * At least one (1) year interment operations experience. * Ability to self-manage and prioritize work load in order to meet deliverables on-time * Accurate mathematical skills. * Proficient in MS Office Suite, including excel pivot tables, data manipulation, charts, and similar functionality. Effectively track training and key performance measurements in appropriate software. Run & export reports to excel. * Clear oral and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to correctly read and use cemetery map books * Knowledge of Rose Hills Park Rules and Regulations a plus * Requires a valid California Driver's License Postal Code: 90601 Category (Portal Searching): Operations Job Location: US-CA - Whittier
