Adecco is assisting a local client hiring Administative Specialists in the Los Angeles, CA.Performs registration functions by obtaining complete patient demographics and financial information. Accurately inputs data into the hospital computer system. Interacts with co-workers, patients, family members, physicians, physicians office, and other hospital departments. Provides complete and accurate information in compliance with JCAHO requirements. Secures patient accounts by performing insurance verification and eligibility through appropriate payors and websites insuring proper documentation of patient activities. Applies good verbal and non-verbal skills to achieve service goals of customer satisfaction and positive work environment.
