Job Description Job Description Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate – Warehouse Pay Rate: $18/hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and palletizing products, following established procedures, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares weight stacks – lifts from crates Operates lift trucks Palletizes weight stacks, and gym equipment Takes inventory of weight stacks Bands, straps, and shrink-wraps pallets Operate a forklift safely (Forklift certification required). Scans weight stacks in and out inventory system Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Valid forklift certification. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
