Job Description:
A company is looking for a Departmental Specialist 14 - Legal
Affairs - State Hospital Administration Forensic Legal
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a legal liaison between Legal Affairs Administration and
state psychiatric hospitals
Assist the Attorney General's Office on legal matters related to
state hospitals and facilitate hospital admissions and
discharges
Provide guidance on forensic and probate mental health processes
and present at relevant conferences
Required Qualifications
Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law
school
Licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction of the United
States
Four years of professional experience, including two years at the
experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
Documentation of relevant experience and education must be provided
in the application
