Job Title: Associate Attorney - Lemon LawLocation: Beverly Hills, CAJob Description:We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our law firm in Beverly Hills. The primary focus of this position will be on Lemon Law cases. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, providing legal advice and counsel to clients, and representing clients in court.Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of Lemon Law cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and participate in mediation
• Represent clients in court hearings and trialsQualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
  • No experience in Lemon Law needed, the only requirement is to have an open mind towards learning and mentorship
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Some experience with litigation is preferred but not required.
