Job Description Job Description Job Overview: Our client is seeking a 2 years experienced Trial Attorney to join their Beverly Hills personal injury team to manage cases from intake through settlement/Trial. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from intake to final settlement/Trial Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and co-counsel Draft and evaluate demand packages, settlement summaries, mediation briefs, and correspondence Oversee case managers, monitor deadlines, and track statutes of limitations Evaluate liability and damages, coordinate medical treatment, and assist with lien resolution Qualifications: Active California Bar license (Required) Minimum 2 years of personal injury law Trial experience (Required) Strong legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills Excellent communication and client-management abilities Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $85,000 - $175,000 per year based on experience Medical (HMO/PPO), dental, vision, life insurance, FSA/HSA options 401(k), paid time off, referral bonuses, and employee perks Paid parking and team-sponsored events Growth, mentorship, and advancement opportunities Work Location & Schedule: In-person: Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (Ability to commute to the office required) Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Company Description Synectics is a leading staffing and workforce solutions company dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with top organizations.
