Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resource Associate to assist in
the support of business units for effective delivery of HR
services.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise staff on HR policies, employee manuals, and local labor
laws
Oversee US benefits inquiries, manage open enrollment, and process
benefits invoices
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,
including new hire orientation and exit interviews
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's
degree is a plus
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an NGO
or donor-funded projects
Bilingual in French highly preferred
Experience with benefits administration and HRIS systems,
specifically ADP and DEEL
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law at the
federal and state level
