A company is looking for a Call Center Inbound Customer Service
Team Member.
Key Responsibilities
Reassure callers regarding their missing pets and provide
support
Serve as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their
owners
Adhere to daily schedules and manage inbound calls effectively
Required Qualifications
Previous call center experience is required
High School diploma or GED is required
Must be at least 18 years old
A quiet designated work area at home if working remotely
Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon
hire
