Prep Cooks/Catering Cooks Employee needs to have excellent knife
skills with the ability to follow directions. Must have experience
with common kitchen equipment. Grill Cook Employee needs experience
in running multiple stations including breakfast menus, and all
grill cooking; chicken, burgers, fish, etc.. Must be able to take
orders and be versatile it their work Line and Station Cook
Employee must have knife skills with experience in working line
stations which include pasta, grill, fry, breakfast, etc. Able to
work with new and changing menus. Assisting other staff will be
expected. Trained in maintaining work area with proper food
handling, safety and clean-up.
