Retail Operations Manager

As a Retail Operations Manager, you are responsible for maintaining
the integrity of retail operations and the processing of returns in
an organized and efficient manner. You thrive in a fast-paced
environment and understand the importance of leading a highly
productive team to meet deadlines without compromising the
integrity of the company.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee all retail operations as well as manage the process of all
returned goods from Wholesale, Ecommerce, Retail store returns, and
Communicate with corporate teams and customer service daily to
understand goals and service level agreements.
Ability to communicate and give direction to Supervisors and Leads
to ensure goals are met on budgets weekly.
Responsible for formulating and driving any necessary changes
within the operation to improve downstream customer quality.
Escalates any concerns and solutions to the appropriate operations
leaders or teams.
Able to manage expectations of the team, address opportunities
within the operation and or personnel and provide feedback and
coaching of opportunities.
Full understanding of all aspects of the process within their
department as well as a general understanding of upstream and
downstream customer processes.
Provide clear direction to team members to develop them and build
an internal pipeline.
Ability to develop, manage and maintain communication on all weekly
and monthly plans to the team within multiple departments and all
levels of management.
Engages with team members to ensure they have a clear understanding
of how they contribute to the company's mission, ultimately driving
quality and commitment to the workplace.
Ensure Safety is a strong part of the culture and environment
within the facilities.
Demonstrated experience in identifying and improving processes and
Ability to build, motivate, and develop strong teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and
Ability to recognize a problem, root cause, and begin initial
troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
Strong relationship management, organizational, and project
Thorough understanding of volume and target planning.
3-5 years in distribution center operations or similar
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
Experience in project management and commitment adherence.
Warehouse Management, Order Management Systems
Experience using Manhattan WMS applications preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
