Congregate Living, Inc. is a small sub-acute facility within a
residential home. We specialize in providing the best possible care
in a home like environment. We are looking for LVN's, especially
ones who have experience in ventilator/trach. You would be working
your shift in a 6-bed facility with a CNA at all times. A house
keeper, activities program manager and cook are on staff 5 days a
week. An RN supervises as the DON and is available 24/7. Facility
location is in Sun Valley. Responsibilities and Duties Provide
bedside care including trach/ vent /GT care Administer medications
and document therapeutic effects Take vital signs (temperature,
blood pressure, pulse and respiration) Assist with resident comfort
Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas Collect samples and
monitor catheters Provide wound care Help coach staff as necessary
Useful Experience Experience with ventilator/trach 1 year of
nursing experience but new grads are welcome Up to date first aid
and CPR certification Current LVN license in the state Willingness
to work evenings and every other weekend Exceptional staff training
and customer service skills Compassionate and friendly demeanor All
residents fully vaccinated for COVID-19 All staff are required to
show proof of vaccination status. Masks worn indoors at all times.
Visitors must show proof of vaccination to enter facility. Company
