Employee recognition program RN Nurse Manager Position Summary We
are seeking a RN Nurse Manager to join our team at BrightStar Care
of Santa Barbara County and West Ventura County. In this pivotal
role, you will assist with performance reviews, and trainings for
per diem nurses, conduct patient assessments and reassessments, and
ensure our operations meet the highest standards of care. Your
clinical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in
maintaining our commitment to excellence in care delivery and
client satisfaction. This is a full-time position with
responsibilities both in-office in Santa Barbara and in the field.
RN Nurse Manager Key Responsibilities Support nurses in the field
Conduct orientation and trainings Performance reviews and
competencies Assist with patient care and IVs Conduct patient care
assessments and reassessments for BrightStar Care services RN Nurse
Manager Qualifications Bachelors degree in healthcare
administration or a related field preferred Proven experience in
healthcare compliance management Knowledge of HIPAA, and JCAHO
Excellent communication and training skills Detail-oriented with
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Company Overview
