Job Description Company Description: California Therapy Solutions (CTS) is a Physical Therapist, minority, female-owned and operated practice, founded in 1995 by Lynn Kanda, a licensed PT and certified Pilates instructor. CTS is one of the largest physical therapist-owned practices in Orange County, California. We work out of five locations in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach. CTS provides high-quality services across a continuum of care, from “prehab,” wellness programs and injury prevention, to injury recovery and post-surgical rehabilitation. Our services include Pilates-based Physical Therapy, Orthopedics, Post-Surgery Rehabilitation, Balance Training, Parkinson’s Movement Training, Concussion Therapy, and Sports Performance. Position Description: F ull-time on-site role for Physical Therapists at California Therapy Solutions in Coastal Orange County, California. The role involves providing physical therapy services, developing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or recent graduates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices Ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Pilates experience valuable We offer in-house Pilates and specialist concussion training programs
