What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Engage in preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education. What We’re Looking for: Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Passion for community health and serving underserved populations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
