Shift: 4x10's (2000-0630) Our designated week is Sunday to Sunday.
Our start days for the 7 on/7 off is Thursday, so they work 3 days
in one week and 4 days in the next week. Will be required to work
Weekends and holidays IF the 7 days on/off fall on a holiday or
weekend Certifications Required: BLS PharmD ACLS Skills Required:
Inpatient / Acute care Anticoagulants Cardiac dosing Clinical
dosing Geriatric dosing High risk medications Pediatric dosing
Pharmacokinetic dosing Psychotherapeutic Management Renal dosing
Therapeutic med monitoring Warfarin Dosing Antibiotics Compounding
IV Piggyback IV push Medications Pain Controlled Analgesia Sterile
Technique Carousel System Cardiovascular Neurologic Code Response
Scrub Color: Brown Days for orientation then switch to nights for
shifts MediPro Job ID 292-2945745. Pay package is based on 10 hour
shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with
