Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Profession: Social Services Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 5 years required; 3 years may be considered if in Oncology setting License: Valid State License required Certifications: LCSW Must-Have: - 5 years of experience required - First-time travelers accepted with 5 years of experience - Ability to float to other facilities as needed Description: This position is responsible for managing the needs of patients undergoing treatment for cancer. The role involves providing patients with resources based on individual needs. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, though 3 years may be considered in an oncology setting. Travelers may be required to float between facilities. All travelers are expected to be flexible and willing to float within the region. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment. Supervisory references covering one year within the last three years are necessary before starting. Candidates must have a valid state license and it must be in hand prior to starting.
