Senior / Inter.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions and provide information about clinical
departments and specialty clinics
Build relationships with physician practices and facilitate care
coordination
Maintain accurate data documentation and support referral processes
through various communication systems
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and
relevant work experience
5-8 years of customer service or call center experience for senior
level; 2-5 years for intermediate level
Advanced proficiency with medical terminology
Experience with data entry and customer documentation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare
environment
