Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Clinical Pharmacy Technician.
Key Responsibilities:

Review medication lists to eliminate barriers to therapy and ensure medication adherence
Facilitate member access to medications, including obtaining refills and coordinating care
Partner with pharmacists and community pharmacies to monitor medication adherence and communicate treatment plans

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician in good standing or registered/licensed Pharmacy Technician
Experience in communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists regarding medication issues
Work experience that involves clear and professional written and verbal communication
