Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator -
Remote in AZ or NV.
Key Responsibilities
Process release of information (ROI) requests, ensuring accuracy
and compliance with regulations
Engage in direct customer service and maintain positive relations
through prompt and courteous service
Review requests for validity and provide timely feedback to
requestors regarding non-valid requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience with Release of Information (ROI) and medical record
releases
Experience working within the healthcare industry
Ability to work flexible schedules during normal business hours,
including rotating holidays
