Job Description:

Provides direct nursing care including assessments, care plan, education, and evaluation for assigned patients. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines. • Strong verbal, written and computer skills. Required ExperienceRequired:
  • Current California RN license.
  • A minimum of one year experience as a professional nurse, preferable in an acute care facility.
  • Current Basic Life Support Card.
  • Current California driver's licnse and valid auto insurance.
  • Home Health experience preferred. Preferred:
    • BSN/MSN preferred.
