Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy Program Manager for the
Cleared Escort Program.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the allocation of personnel and customer requirements
Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary skills and training
for tasks
Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates to
management
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing administrative functions related to
program and/or employee management
1+ years of experience supporting individuals performing cleared
escort duties (preferred)
Administrative or Human Resources experience (preferred)
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of
weight, typically less than 20 pounds
Regular and predictable attendance is essential
