Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach the new business sales team to execute regional and
global strategic plans
Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with business
objectives while driving team performance
Analyze sales data to identify gaps and enhance team success in
achieving quotas
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in sales leadership within a K-12 EdTech
environment
Experience managing remote sales teams and enabling success through
virtual selling
Strong understanding of educator challenges and alignment of
products with learning outcomes
Demonstrated passion for education and social impact
Experience in coaching teams towards consistent quota
attainment
