Management.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, manage, and oversee dental Medicaid and Medicare contracts
across markets
Negotiate contract terms with dental vendors to ensure compliance
and financial viability
Develop and implement standardized contracting processes to enhance
efficiencies and support market performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Provider Contract Negotiations experience
3+ years' experience with RFP processes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
3-5 years of dental Medicaid and Medicare contract drafting and
negotiation experience
3-5 years' experience in vendor partner management
