Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Gift Processing to lead the
gift processing team and oversee operations related to donor
contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the gift processing team, providing coaching and
mentorship
Oversee the complete life cycle of gift processing, ensuring
compliance and honoring donor intent
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance donation systems
and improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
At least five years of experience in gift processing, advancement,
or revenue operations
A minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role
Proven track record in managing operations functions and leading
complex projects
Experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization
Familiarity with data analysis tools, specifically Excel and Google
Sheets
