A company is looking for a Director of People to shape the

Key Responsibilities
Empower leaders to manage and advance talent through competitive
compensation and performance systems
Design and maintain systems and processes that contribute to a
high-functioning workplace environment
Influence people-centric practices that enhance company culture and
support employee lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
10+ years of HR experience, with 3-5 years in senior or
director-level roles in growth-stage environments
Experience in building and maintaining a high-performance,
inclusive company culture
Deep understanding of compensation strategy and performance
management focused on equity
Proven experience in designing and implementing HR systems and
compensation programs
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment
law related to equitable hiring
