Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Manager (Policy) to design and
implement credit risk policies for retail lending products.
Key Responsibilities
Developing account level valuation frameworks and underwriting
credit policies
Managing credit limits, risk-based pricing, and retention
strategies
Tracking performance of initiatives and ensuring compliance with
credit risk functions
Required Qualifications
A proven track record in managing credit risk for retail credit
products
A bachelor's degree (preferably master's or higher) in a
quantitative/analytical field
Solid understanding of credit policy governance frameworks
Experience with credit and behavioral scoring models for retail
products
Excellent working knowledge of SQL, R, and Python
