Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager III to enhance
program efficiency and support Contact Center Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, service levels,
and regulatory compliance
Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle,
including planning, execution, and closure
Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders,
including executive summaries and presentations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management
experience
Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management
preferred
Ability to utilize corporate and industry standard project
management tools and techniques
Must reside within California for remote work with quarterly travel
requirements
