Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
Create an environment for Account Managers to provide excellent
customer service and manage customer objections
Craft growth strategies to evaluate existing relationships and
identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to sell complex products to new customer
prospects
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent sales experience
7+ years of successful sales experience in solutions-oriented sales
environments, with personal or commercial lines insurance
experience
5+ years of prior management experience, including managing an
outside sales team
Experience in mentoring, coaching, and managing performance
